Patrick Fleming

Patrick (“PC”) Fleming is a Humanities Administrator in the Division of Education Programs. He earned a BA in mathematics and English from Pomona College and a PhD in English from the University of Virginia. Before coming to NEH, he taught at Rollins College and at Fisk University, where he directed the W E.B. DuBois General University Honors Program. His book, The Legacy of the Moral Tale: Children’s Literature and the English Novel, was published in 2016, and he has published articles in journals, including Victorian Periodicals Review, the Children’s Literature Association Quarterly, and Pedagogy.
